Projects and milestones for better visibility

With Holte Blankett, you can divide projects into sub-projects and milestones.
If you want to submit three applications for the same property, e.g. a detached house, garage and swimming pool, three sub-projects can be created under the same project: One sub-project for the detached house, another for the garage and the third for the swimming pool. In turn, each sub-project can be split into milestones to ensure that the application is structured according to the various stages and administrative decisions.

Useful functions:

• The forms re-use information from the project data. Property data and information concerning the responsible applicant, municipality and developer will be completed automatically in the forms.
• Company names and contact persons can be imported into the forms with a single key press
• Your own examples of disciplines can be merged into the implementation plan and the responsibility forms
• Ready-signed forms, drawings, photos, decisions from the municipal authority, etc. can be uploaded as attachments. These can be arranged under attachment groups and assigned an attachment number for greater clarity
• Forms and attachments in a milestone can be sorted according to attachment number, form name, reference, date or status
• There is a separate comment field for each document in the application
• There is also an option to change the status of the forms in order to obtain an overview of which forms are ready for submission and which you are still working on
• The forms can be sent via e-mail for signing or review
• The application can be submitted directly by e-mail to the municipal authority, with the attachment number at the beginning of the filenames
• A clear overview of e-mails which you have sent in a separate outbox
