The Forbruk module enables your employees to record materials and time used on your projects in JobOffice. The module also includes functions for document storage, auto-invoicing, etc.

This is JobOffice Forbruk:

  • Usage (materials and time) for projects can be created in JobOffice in the office, or on a tablet via JobOffice PocketLink
  • Record usage manually using the drag and drop function, or when importing items from downloaded delivery notes/suppliers’ invoices
  • Employees’ time records are automatically updated from hours recorded in usage
  • Download suppliers’ invoices from your wholesalers. Reduce manual data entry
  • Outgoing invoices can be created automatically from registered usage
  • Create document templates and save documents (photos, building application documents, etc.) for your projects
  • Create checklists
