The JobOffice Grunnmodul basic module provides the “foundations” for the other modules in the system.

The basic module includes many useful functions.

  • Import price databases from an unlimited number of wholesalers
  • Price databases from selected wholesalers and HVAC chains are updated directly from the wholesaler’s/chain’s server
  • Compare prices for items between wholesalers
  • Create time-limited campaigns in the price database
  • Create your own price database by recording items manually
  • Create item lists in the price database
  • Direct link from the price database to the item’s MOM documentation online
  • Create an unlimited number of contacts and projects JobOffice is therefore ideal for use as a database for addresses, telephone numbers, contacts, agreed hourly rates and discounts
  • View the address of a contact or project on a map or satellite image
  • Transfer electronic item orders to your wholesalers. Note that wholesalers offer extra discounts for online orders
