All enterprises with statutory authorisation and enterprises with a declared right to accept responsibility regarding building applications must have updated and tailored quality assurance procedures for their business in accordance with Section 10.1 of the Regulations relating to building applications (SAK 10). We recommend that any company that takes on the right to accept responsibility to incorporate quality assurance procedures implements them in their projects.
